Fullmoon Party

First ... I BOUGHT A NEW SHIT CAMERA!! :D

So my ear got alot better since I got antibiotics from the doctor, which of course means that I had an insane night this night since I was finally allowed to drink.

We mostly hanged out with the people that we've met on the hotel we are at. When the time was right, we went to the beach where the party was, and it was insane, and its even low season, I can barely imagine how much people it must be in the high season then.

We already heard about thefts being really common on the beach during the fullmoon partys, so we didnt have that much with us, but even then I held my bag tight all the time. And for 2 seconds, I had to let go of my bag to get trough a crowd, and 2 freaking seconds later, I notice my bag being open, and my wallet is gone. I look around, and on the ground I see my wallet, completly empty of my 1500 bath (roughly 350krs, 40 euro). Luckyly, they didnt take my NEW camera, haha, or my phone.

Except from that I had an awesome evening! Met alot of people, got extremly drunk, became friends with a thai girl who sold me the alcohol, which ended up with her giving me WAAAAYYY to much free things, which ended with me being.. well lets say it nicely.. shit wasted? ^^

Wasnt home untill 6 in the morning. I so wanna come back here sometime again.
Tomorrow we are traveling to Krabi. Staying there 1-2 days it looks like at the moment. But we are actually on our way to Phi Phi. But more about that the next time ;)

(Extreme mirror poseing!)

Koh Phangan!

Dont really have time to write today, but just wanted to say that we arrived to our next destination which wasnt Koh Samui, but Koh Phangan, for the famous fullmoon party they have here where 10 000 people come just to party on the beach under the fullmoon.

And of course... when Im on the party island number 1, I get a serious earinfection, and Im not allowed to drink any alcohol or get my head wet. Luckyly, I will be able to drink on the Fullmoon party, but not on the pre partys that are now.

We took a chance and took into a kinda cheap hotel... but they have a HUUUUUGE swiming pool, and due to that, no complains ;) And its also just a 10 minute walk to the Fullmoon Party. Now we gotta go shopping, buuhuuu, poor us ;)

Over and out! ^^

Koh Tao

Friday morning, after 24 long hell hours (was suposed to take 10, but due to the floodings ect we got delayed all the time and missed the last boat to koh tao and had to sleep outside at the docks.) we finally arrived on Koh Tao, and I cant describe the beauty here. First thing we saw was the bluest ocean ive ever seen. The whole island looks like a typical postcard, and it is. Luxuary hotels and resorts, amazing scenery and ocean and diving and omg.

First day we lived at a place called Coral Resorts, where we also were suposed to take our divers cerficiate, but I got really sick and Josephine had to get a note from her doctor at home if its okey for her to dive or not, since she got asthma.

But we got a really shitty room, with both termites and what we woke up to in the middle of the night.... RATS!!
Haha it was horrible, so we changed to a more exspensive hotel, with aircondition, cleaning and new towels, pool, breakfast (all you can eat)! Tv and alot more. (we pay around 10euro/100krs a
night a person, buuuhuuu :P) http://www.saireehutresort.com/photo.htm link to the hotel ;)

Im brown...ish! ^^

So here we have been sunbathing, chilling, snorkling, eating extremly good food, partying like hell!! And we also was on a Halloween party yesterday, and it was just awesome, we literally danced on tables ALL NIGHT!

Unfortely the internetcafe is closing now, so dont got more time to write. And still no pictures unfortely, will try to upload some tomorrow!

Moving on!

Today ive gotten a really nice footmassage and treatment from my favourite massage lady, she gave me such an awesome massage at the beach 2 days ago! The massage costed 60krs and the feet treatment only costed 40krs ;P i love it here!! ;D

Tonight (5 hours ahead of Sweden) is our last night on Koh Samet and tomorrow morning we start our long journey towards Koh Tao.
Not really looking forward to the traveling, will take minimum 12 hours, so it can be up to 20 hours ;P
And also, we gotta stop in bangkok to change bus and so for over one hour, and the flooding is getting really extreme in Bangkok atm, so lets hope it doesnt affect us.
And on the night, we gotta take a boat to the island, so might not find a hotel on Koh Tao untill morning come ;D Exciting! haha!

Im so looking forward to taking our divers cerficicate, Koh Tao have some of the best divers places in the world!
I also really gotta find a camera!!!! -_-
Well I guess I will try to write after we get settled on Koh Tao. and cross your fingers for me that we arive at our destinations without stolen things or broken legs! ;)

Thailand!!!

Wednesday the 19th october we arrived in Bangkok! Allthough it was really cloudy, it was 32 degress!!

In Bangkok we checked into a small hostel in the middle of a "slum"! In between small shells and barely standing apartments, we found our hostel. The hostel itself was allright and we slept in an extremly small bedroom with 2 bunk beds. But atleast it had aircondition and the only cockroaches to be seen was outside :D

Since we had the whole day to kill before traveling, we decided to go to a street called Kosan road, where you apperently can buy everything really cheap, also really "slumy". The hostel manager told us the wrong information about where to jump of the bus, so we had to walk around alot and ask our way towards the road.
On Kosanroad we walked around alot, ate, bought and bargained for some things and just enjoyed ourself.

On the way home we wanted to take a TukTuk home to the hostel.

But the TukTuk driver had NOOOOO IDEA where or hostel was but he told us "no problem, I know!!" we squeezed in, 4 people into the small tuktuk (built for 2 kinda...) and we sat really uncomforable, and we drove around for about 40 mins and stopted in 4 locations "NO ITS NOT HERE"! After 40 mins we gave up! We stopted around 6 taxidrivers and noone knew where we lived, since they dont got GPS here. We talk to another TukTuk driver and he also says he knows where it is.... and drives us towards the right direction. but also the first 2 stops he makes is wrong, after 30 mins we finally find the right way to our hostel, and we jump of, shakeing and scared, the tuktuk was near to fall or breakdown several times, it was.... ANCIENT!

The next day we traveled a 7 hours (was suposed to take max 4 hours) busride, and then a boatride, to a beautiful island, named Koh Samet.

On Koh Samet we traveled to the more distant location of the island, allthough the island only is 6kms long so everything is walking distance.

We found really nice and cheap bungalows, located near the white sand beaches and in the middle of the jungle kinda. its really like living in the wild, spiders and lizards are walking around everywhere, we even saw a really posiones spider at a bathroom.

(we live in these...but since my camera is broken, I use google pics.)

So now, we have been here for almost a week, and we are loving it, we are doing what ever we feel like! Mainly, wake up, go to the beach, get brown, get massages at the beach, bath and swim in the ocean, eat well for basically nothing and party when we feel like it.

Life is really good here!
On thursday however, we are leaving Koh Samet to travel to another island named Koh Tao, but due to the floodings all over Thailand, the road there will be difficult. Since we just heard its really bad around Bangkok and we gotta go there first.

How often I can blogg is limited to how often I have time to write and find a internet cafe, since we are in the middle of the jungle, its not really a priority. My camera is broken, and so is my old laptop. But I will try to atleast buy a new camera so I can show some of my own pictures. And maybe we live closer to an internet cafe on the next island.
but know this, Im having the time of my life and im loving it here! And for the first time ever, I guess you will soon see a brown burnt Johanna :P

HUGS!
